You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Simply send us a message on WhatsApp (+92 322-7554426) with your Order ID and a photo of the issue. Our team will review your request immediately.
Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product back to us. Shipping costs for damaged items will be reimbursed.
After receiving the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days. Refunds can be transferred via Bank Transfer or JazzCash.
